WHAT YOU WILL DO?
An Operations Lead France is at the core of the company, from thinking strategically on how to develop the business, you ensure that we deploy our services successfully. Moreover, working in an early stage start-up like Goggo also involves supporting the rest of the team on building the Goggo of tomorrow which means improving our internal processes, communicating on our key achievements, hiring the best talents and ensuring the happiness of our teams.
More specifically your missions will be the following:
- Secure the deployment of pilots and service launches with partners and clients (project management, process design, data analytics, communication…)
- Build partnerships with autonomous vehicles and other technological providers (telecommunication, connected lockers, temperature sensors…)
- Identify and close new business opportunities with top-industry leaders
- Imagine disruptive last-mile delivery services leveraging self-driving technologies (service definition, financial and operating models, pricing and expansion strategies…)
- Collaborate with French and European institutions on the design of the regulatory framework of tomorrow’s autonomous mobility
- Support the C-Suite on strategic meetings like quarterly Boards, fundraising roadshow or M&A due diligence
WHO YOU ARE?
You are a problem solver, proactive, results-oriented and passionate about innovation, mobility, and entrepreneurship. - High achiever: 0-2 years of experience in strategy consulting and/or in strategy & operations on a fast-growing start-up. But not only, you actively joined or kick-started projects achieving personal and professional goals.
- Problem solver: you know how to deal with uncertainty. When things don’t happen as planned, you identify the source of the problem and come up with a plan B, C, D to Z.
- Self-starter: you are super motivated and thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with a high level of responsibility. You have thousands of new ideas a day but you know how to prioritize and get them done.
- Meticulous and strategic: you can pay attention to small details in a complex project while, at the same time, relating each of them to the big picture.
- International team player: you speak English and French fluently to deal with day-to-day operations and collaborate with Goggo’s rest of the team. Spanish is a plus.
